The address on Vernal Avenue has not moved since 2019. The name, the look, and the room around it have.
The rebrand
New name.
Same door.
The shop at 41 S Vernal Ave got a new name, a fresh coat of paint, and a renovated room to work in. What it did not get was a new address or a new promise. Dogs still walk in, get looked after, and leave happier than they arrived.
If you have been coming downtown for years, you are in the right place. The shop that opened here in 2019, once known as Give A Dog A Bone, is now Happy Paws under new ownership. Same location, same phone number, same downtown door. If you are new to Vernal, this is a good place to start.
The change is more than a sign. The reception was rebuilt from the ground up, and there is a photo wall by the front for the dogs who come out looking their best. What carried over is the reason the shop earned Vernal's trust in the first place: careful hands and a calm room.

A room rebuilt around the work
New ownership brought a full renovation: a rebuilt reception, warm finishes, and a grooming room designed to keep dogs calm. Out front there is a lit photo wall for the dogs who leave looking their best. The building is the same one downtown Vernal already knows; everything inside it was made better.
